Cardan Enterprises was incorporated in 1999, and has worked on construction and management projects
throughout BC and Alberta. We are a member of the Kelowna CHBA and a licensed builder offering the
2/5/10 warranty program in partnership with National Home Warranty.
Our goal is to provide innovative yet practical design solutions that exceed homeowners' needs and

Having successfully completed over eight hundred homes and several multi-family development projects
